We came to Alaska more than 25 years ago at the tail end of a year-long bicycle trip across North America. Originally from Central Minnesota, we had no trouble adapting to the climate here, and love being surrounded mountains and wildlife! As artists and musicians Alaska’s beautiful scenery and encouraging community fills us with inspiration at every turn!
Candace Cahill is a silversmith, musician, and writer, and Tom Lux is a wood, bone, and ivory worker. Together, we are Thomas Cahill Designs. We work closely on most projects, feeding off each other's input. We also play music together, love hiking, and adventure travel.
